Lackawanna City Hall will be closed today because of a power failure.
Mayor Geoffrey M. Szymanski said a problem with a transformer has caused the power, phone lines and internet connection to be out at City Hall.
City Hall is also closed on Thursday for the Thanksgiving holiday.
