Camp Penuel East is offering a free week of summer camp later this month.
Camp Penuel East, a non-denominational church in Eldred, Pa., near Olean, will offer the Christian camp for seven- to 11-year-olds July 21-25.
The church focuses on inner-city children. The deadline to apply for the camp is July 16. Registration forms are on the church’s site, www.nbccwny.org. Students can also pick up forms at the community church’s North Buffalo location, 350 Kenmore Ave.
The camp is free, though there is a $40 transportation fee per student.
