Elma United Methodist Church is holding a garage sale Saturday.The event is scheduled for 9 a.m. to noon at 2991 Bowen Road. A bag sale will be held from 11:30 a.m. to noon.
Admission is free.

• A meeting of the Marilla Historical Society begins at 7 p.m. Monday in the Community Center, 1810 Two Rod Road.
• The Marilla Conservation Advisory Board will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday in Town Hall, 1720 Two Rod Road.
• Old tires may be dropped off at the Marilla Highway Garage, on Webster Lane off West Avenue, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. Call 652-7311 for more information.
