Gateway-Longview, which provides care, counseling and support for about 3,400 children in Western and Central New York, has been awarded a $12,500 grant from the Patrick P. Lee Foundation to set up a web-based serious incident reporting system.
The web-based system will allow Gateway-Longview to file serious incident reports within 48 hours of the incident, as required by the New York State’s newly-created Justice Center. The current process, using reports on paper, takes several days.
