Two Orchard Park men and two East Aurora men were arrested on drunken driving and related charges by Orchard Park police officers Saturday and Sunday, officers reported Monday.
• David R. Fronczak, 34, of East Aurora, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated when he registered a blood-alcohol reading of 0.18 per cent after driving off Armor Duells Road.
• Nicholas Guertin 33, also of East Aurora, was pulled over on Old Transit Road for an equipment violation and failed field sobriety tests. He was charged with DWI and equipment violation.
• Kevin D. O’Connor, 35, of Orchard Park was arrested for DWI after he drove off the ramp to Route 219 at Rt.20A and struck a tree. He was also charged with speeding, having an open container in his vehicle and refusing to take a breath screening test.
• Shawn Shearer, 35, also of Orchard Park, was pulled over for speeding on South Buffalo Road and charged with DWI, having an open container and refusing to submit to a breath test. All four face proceedings in Orchard Park Town Court.
