Erie County will be at the Evans Town Hall at 8787 Erie Road. from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday to receive HEAP applications.Doors to Town Hall will open at 8 a.m. but applications won’t be accepted until 9 a.m. The HEAP hotline number is 858-7644. The application request line is 858-1969. You can also apply on-line for regular HEAP benefits at MyBenefits.NY.gov.
